Switch workspace

CoroPlus® applications use common assets such as machines, materials, tool items and assemblies. With the company workspace, you can also easily share assets with your colleagues within your company.

Important:

Not every user necessarily has both workspaces. The My company workspace is available for users who are registered within the company. If users are not registered within the company, then My workspace is available only.

You can store your data in two different workspaces:

• My workspace is your private workspace, which only you can access.
• My company workspace is a shared workspace, where all users from your company share the same data.

You can switch anytime between your private and your company workspace.

Note:

By default, CoroPlus® applications store all data in “My company workspace”. CoroPlus® Tool Guide stores all data in “My workspace”. You can copy the data from “My workspace” to “My company workspace” after first log in into CoroPlus® Tool Guide.

Switch workspace

Depending on the application, you are using you will find the Switch workspace widget in a different position. For example, in CoroPlus® Machining Guide, the drop-down menu is in the left top corner, while in CoroPlus® Tool Library and CoroPlus® Tool Path, you will find the drop-down menu in the top-right corner.
