Pull-out security
With the best pull-out security on the market, this chuck is designed to eliminate vibration for excellent stability and accessibility in all milling and drilling operations.
Easy handling
Based on a hydraulic tool clamping system, CoroChuck® 930 can be quickly tightened or released with an optimized torque wrench, improving efficiency through quick and easy set-ups and changes. No external equipment is required to clamp or unclamp the system.
High precision
The chuck holds tolerances within microns to improve tool precision, surface finish and productivity. Precision run-out can be measured at <4 μm (157 μinch) at 2.5 × DC.

Fulcrum technology
The secret behind the high precision and pull-out security of CoroChuck® 930 is the clamping mechanism, designed with fulcrum technology. A thin, brazed membrane with optimized clamping design expands to create two distinct clamping points on each side. This results in a consistently repeated clamping force, providing the best possible pull-out resistance and damping performance.
This design ensures excellent torque transmission to improve the performance of solid carbide end mills, drills and reaming tools. Performance is repeated over multiple clamping cycles to retain high-quality component surfaces and extend tool life.
